As a facilitator, educator, and certified coach, Pat’s passion and expertise is to bring professionals to a new level of skill and understanding in their work and personal relationships. She is known to do so with insight, sensitivity and humour.

Pat received the 2008 GTA ICF Prism Award (Honorable Mention) for Business Excellence in Coaching. Pat was trained by Adler International Learning Inc. and is a certified professional coach (PCC) licensed by the International Coaching Federation.

She is also a licensed facilitator in emotional intelligence as well as holding certification in Conflict Resolution and Team Coaching. EQ testing and consulting has been found to be an important part of Pat’s business in the delivery of professional development with leaders, training programs, performance assessment, and recruiting.

Pat also trains/consults on a variety of topics, internationally and nationally, with higher learning institutions, large and small businesses, and not for profit organizations. Pat’s international work has taken her to corporations and higher learning organizations in Sweden and Finland.

As a respected member of Ryerson University's teaching community, Pat teaches personal growth, positive psychology, and stress management. She works with students in the various professional schools such as business, architecture journalism, IT, nursing, social work, and early childhood education. In Ryerson's Chang Business School, Pat delivered the Adler’s certificate program: Positive Change, Leader as Coach. Presently she is researching in the area of workplace challenges and resiliency in organizations.

Regarded as a creative thinker with an adventurous spirit, Pat lives in Toronto’s Beach Area and enjoys those rare and precious quiet times at home, along with time with friends and family, sailing, and travelling.
