Beat Caregiver Stress Coach Mentoring Program

Coaching is fundamentally about facilitating change: moving from a current state to a desired state. The program teaches a specific set of skills which have been shown to significantly improve employee relationships and foster cultural change within an organization. As these skills are built over time, we find that a wider range of competencies surface such as: resiliency, leading across cultures, ability to deal with challenging situations and people, improved decision making and proactive strategy development. Its value has been proven across a variety of industries as well as in educational settings. The course is an 18-hour (or 2 Day) intensive Coach/Mentoring Foundation Program. It is fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation for Continuing Coach Education credits (CCE).
